Since we first showed fast scanning movies at the November MRS meeting in 2008, Cypher™ remains the fastest, most accurate, lowest drift, highest resolution and easiest to use AFM available. The fast scanning videos and images displayed here are proof - despite some recent hype from our competitors - that Cypher and Asylum Research continue to be the technology and performance leaders in scanning probe and atomic force microscopy.

Note: All images and videos were taken using commercially-available cantilevers on a simple benchtop with no vibration or acoustic isolation.
